Retaining Top Clients

If there’s a “dark side” to life insurance sales, it’s the unavoidable fact that we make a sale and move on. Once they buy, we abandon them. To make the point, experience suggests that many clients buy five or six life policies in a lifetime, many of which are from different advisors.
